MGIMO University is pleased to announce the hosting of the 2026 International Conference - MGIMO UNCITRAL Days 2026, focusing on the work of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL).

The conference will gather top experts from international organizations, government agencies, academia, and arbitration practice to jointly explore key trends and challenges in international trade law.

The conference agenda includes:

  • Plenary Session: Current Status of International Trade Law

  • First session: Dispute Resolution

  • Second session: ISDS reform

  • Session 3: E-commerce (Electronic Commerce)

  • Fourth session: Bankruptcy Law

  • Session 5: UNCTAD: The Perspective of Young People

The guest speakers include:

Representatives of the Secretariat of the United Nations Council on International Trade Law (Ms. Anna Zubin Brett, Ms. Samira Musayeva, Mr. Neil Bergman, Mr. Alexander Kunzelman, Mr. Kolentin Basle, and Ms. Nikolai Kovachkova), officials of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, leading arbitration practitioners (ICAC, Russian Arbitration Center, Finnish Arbitration Association), as well as professors from MGIMO, HSE, Moscow Kutafin State Legislative Academy, St. Petersburg State University, Russian Private Law Institute, and other institutions.

Working languages: Russian, English (with simultaneous interpretation provided)
